This has been a question people do ask and here is an answer to the question.
Education is not a scam. It's really not possible to say that Education is a scam because, even though you don't adapt to formal Educational system you must be informally educated which don't really require formal training or teaching. It's not really not possible to be uneducated.
What is education?
Education is a process whereby the mind of an individual is transformed to that in which he can think, make researches, and provide solutions to certain problem.
It is a means of inculcating certain skills into an individual.Through education knowledge is acquired which helps a person solve some problem and acquire wealth because, there is a saying that "Knowledge is power", and there can't be knowledge when an individual didn't sit under any formal or informal teaching.
Forms of Education
They are two major forms of education, they are:
*formal Education
*informal Education
Informal education refers to skills and knowledge you can get without going through formal education. Some of them are cooking, washing,... etc.
Formal Education is that in which every parent wants their child to be a partaker of. It is a form of education where certain knowledge which are exceptional and rare are gotten from. Almost everyone has the zeal or desire to be formally educated. Through formal education the minds of individuals are transformed or changed towards a focus. This form of education usually take place in academic institutions like schools, universities and colleges. It is splited into various levels like: primary school, secondary school and the university.
Has education really done good to us?
Yeah! Education has done soo good to humanity. Education really set our generation apart, through the invention of soo many things. It has helped in ways such as:
*Improvement in scientific research: knowledge gotten from education has helped improve scientific research and analysis in other to improve the quality of life. Scientific knowledge gotten through education has helped in the development of many machine, automobile, and airplane.
*Efficiency in the medical field: The increase in the rate at which people are educated has helped in the medical field in producing chemicals, drugs, surgical equipment and....which has helped eliminate some diseases and sickness often suffered by human.
Education is important to humanity. Through the knowledge gained from education things bounded to this physical word can be discovered and with this you can see that Education is in no way a scam.
